Are you supposed to alphabetize an annotated bibliography by the author or title?

In MLA you alphabetize by author. If you don't have an author you use the title instead. Annotated bibliographies are tricky though, so you should ask your teacher how they want it formatted. Some teachers only want the title and author, while others want a full citation. (easybib.com is a great site for doing citations)
